We are looking for a motivated Junior Office Administrator to support our daily business operations and help keep our office running smoothly. As a Junior Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to various departments and assist with office coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails
  • Maintain and update office records, databases and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Prepare and format documents

Requirements:

  • No previous office administration experience needed; full training will be provided
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
